Voting has also commenced at unit 004 open space Idigba, where Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq will cast his ballo.
According to the INEC presiding officer at the polling unit, voting commenced at 8:46am and would end by 2:30pm with only those who are already on queue to be allowed to exercise their franchise.
