Late arrivals of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials, election materials, security agents have resulted in late commencement of accreditation and voting at Polling Unit 039, Alabukun Akanbi Ward III.
The INEC officials arrived at the polling unit at about 8:42am while the election commenced at about 9:24am.
Three security personnel were attached to the centre.
