The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the All Progressives Congress candidate, Hon. Mukhtar Tolani Shagaya, the winner of the Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency election.
According to INEC results, Shagaya polled 59,019 votes while his major opponent from the PDP secured 45,172 votes.
