The Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Director General of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s Campaign Council, AbdulFatai Yahaya Seriki and the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kwara Central Senatorial district candidate, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has reiterated that their party’s Confident Of Victories
AWA CONTENT learnt this during an exclusive interview with Seriki briefly after casting his ballots at Zango Ward, Polling Unit 008, Ile Seriki Compound in Ilorin East, Kwara state.
According to him, “The turnout is massive, the conduct is in peaceful manner and I’m expecting people to congratulate our dear party in the next couple of hours. If you sample people’s opinions, you will know that it’s only APC and others. I’m confident that we will be announced as the winner soon.
Similarly, Mallam Saliu Mustapha who spoke with AWA CONTENT reporter at Balogun-Gambari Ward 1, in Ilorin East also noted that, “My people are law-abiding citizen and they have displayed such in the ongoing election.
“Although, some areas are brutally constrained by logistics and security personnel are yet to be present in the area. However, I’m very optimistic about winning” he added.
In a related development, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for Ilorin-South and Ilorin-East Federal constituency, Hon. Abdulganiyu Cook Olododo also noted that he is 100 percent sure that he is going to emerge.
This was gathered during a chat with him at Ibagun Ward in Ilorin East.
Olododo also observed that INEC couldn’t get a vehicle to convey logistics to their various polling units, stressing further that he will do more for the good people of Ilorin after recording victory in today’s election.
